The question
Can a person keep their context, goals and control over their data as they move between AI models and applications?
The system
I am developing a persistent, user-governed layer that helps a person interpret digital events, decide what needs attention and control subsequent actions. The Umwelt concept describes how a system perceives and acts within the world available to it.
What exists
A master implementation plan and a functioning personal cognitive architecture on which this layer is being developed.
Limits
This is active research and development, not a finished product.
