Functional Cognitive Architecture

I study how an AI architecture can combine information, retain context over time, assess its own reasoning and consider alternative outcomes. I also examine how it can act consistently, maintain its boundaries and use evaluations to guide its goals. These questions concern integration, metacognition and adaptive control.

It does not claim that the resulting architecture is conscious.
